The day following the announcement of the new Michelin stars., i created portraits of several chefs and sous-chefs who had either recently been awarded a Michelin star or had regained one.

After a year and a half of absence of their former chef due to cancer, Yoshi Nagato takes over the kitchen and restores the Michelin star to Agapé.
The words of the owner words were :
"La valeur du travail qui paie !" / "The value of hard work pays off!"
